Integrated GSM Gateways

Integrating a GSM Gateway with your PBX, and so saving costs in calling to GSM networks from internal lines, has already become a good habit. However, having these gateways as an integral part (a module) of your PBX is possible only with 2N PBXs. And it offers the additional positive benefit of savings for a less expensive component and a freed-up communication port (a position for gateway connection). In the 2N NETSTAR communication system it is possible to fit 53 GSM modules in extreme housing, with a total number of 212 GSM channels (SIM cards). However, 2 to 4 SIM cards for calls to the most commonly used operators are sure to suffice for regular needs.

2N uses industrial GSM components by SIEMENS AG.
2N NETSTAR also supports the transfer of SMS messages, particularly for diagnostic purposes and for reporting events concerning telephone operation. SMS user services are being prepared.
