Virtual PBX
In cases when 2N NETSTAR is operated on leased premises, the operator will welcome 2N NETSTAR’s strong support of separate operation of “virtual PBXs” within the framework of one 2N NETSTAR system.
And this from the implementation of nominal telephone directories right through to the printing of labels for telephones and the processing of monthly call billing.
In practice, this means implementing:
- Separate numbering plans in relation to the lease of lines to companies
- Companies as groups of telephone stations
- Independent groups and subgroups within one company
- Global station groups across the entire system (door intercoms, electrical security and fire signalisation systems, lift intercoms, etc.)
- Nominal directories of telephone stations and subscribers, commercial corporate telephone directories
These units are then allocated mutually independently the following:
- Restrictive measures for telephone options
- Ringtone plans for servicing incoming calls
- DISA services
- Rules for work in groups (ringtone takeover, etc.)
- Rights to the user administration of services
- Reviews of telephone operation history (for companies, groups and individuals)
- Telephone operation billing
A very effective method is theswitching of calls between alternating providers of public telephone services, including GSM operators. This enables users to offer interesting call prices or take into account requirements for the implementation of “own” telephone operators. This option is provided by the powerful LCR device, which takes into account the tariff programs of all operators.
The PBX administrator’s work is made easier in that the aforementioned operation conditions are of course supported in 2N NETSTAR and the entire system “anticipates” implementation in this type of installation.
An example of implementation of the 2N NETSTAR system within an administrative building is in the DVAN building operated by 2N spol. s r.o., which administered 400 telephone stations within its building.
