To use the mobile office from the 2N NETSTAR communication system, the user needs nothing more than a telephone on the desk in his office and his mobile telephone (or any other external telephone line). Thanks to PBX service, all calls can reach his mobile, because the mobile telephone functions as a parallel line to his desk telephone at the office. But this is not all. The recipient can connect calls to this mobile to any other subscriber at any time, as if he were sitting at his desk. By creating a mobile office, your mobile will gain a second telephone number. All of your colleagues can reach you simply by dialling your desk telephone extension. Customers and partners that call your company through direct dialling will not know that you are not in the office at that moment.

However, a mobile office is not only bound to your mobile. For example, during trips abroad or work at home you can use the advantages of VoIP services. In practice it is very simple. Disconnect your VoIP telephone from the socket on your work desk, and as soon as you reach your internet connection, simply connect the telephone (or launch the soft phone on your PC). In an instant, you have moved your entire office! All of the PBX services, speed dials, internal calls are available- and it is irrelevant whether you are at a customer’s office configuring a technological line, sitting at home by your computer or travelling on business in South America.

Save on personal expenses

If you often work outside of the office and keep changing your location, it is possible to set up a permanent mobile work mode (e.g. on your mobile) using a PIN. Every call to your office via the marked "Mobility Extension Gate – hereinafter MEG" (one of the input lines from the public or GSM network) will be identified by your “external” telephone, and you can work with the call as though you were at your desk in the office.
An example:. you need to call a customer abroad from your home line at the “company’s expense”. Simply dial the Mobility Extension Gate number at the company, and then dial the foreign partner’s number. You pay for the local call from your landline, whereas the long distance call is billed to your company. If you want to save the price of the local call as well, you can use the CallBack service which, after calling the company, dials your home number and then the foreign call.
P.S. However, if you (as a company manager) want to inhibit misuse, it is possible to catch and bill the price for such calls to the employee’s account using the 2N NETSTAR Billing program.

Keep track of who calls you

If you use Mobility Extension particularly on your mobile and leave it switched off sometimes, it is easy to find out who called you from the company at this time.
The list of missed calls is available via SMS directly to your mobile, or on your personal account in 2N NETSTAR Assistant in a more comprehensive format. In both cases, you can easily call back the missed number (use the “dial number” function in your mobile, or the CTI function in Assistant – mouse click).
These service are the fundamental advantages of the 2N NETSTAR communication system, which enable you to create a true mobile office.
