Convention VoIP 20062N TELEKOMUNIKACE and our
exclusive distributor MPI France at the Convention VoIP 2006

The VoIP market is growing at 23% per year through to 2009.

„If 2005 was the year VoIP solutions and infrastructures took off, then 2006 is the year this technology will be massively adopted in the professional sector, no matter what the size or type of company."

What is the Convention VoIP 2006?

The Convention VoIP is a VoIP technology exhibition and conference.
The exhibition was opened exclusively for visitors such are VoIP resellers and distributors.
The event was held from 7th till 8th November 2006 at the Paris Expo - Porte Versailles, France. 2N and MPI exhibited at stand no. E2. Other exhibiting companies included e.g. Microsoft, Strom Telecom, IBM and Asterisk.

Our aim in participating

We participated in the event to see the direction VoIP technology is heading worldwide and to share ideas with other telecommunication companies.

What did we present

2N VoiceBlue Enterprise
Our company has always followed market trends,
so we already have a wide VoIP portfolio to offer
and show.
Two of our most successful VoIP products are 2N
VoiceBlue Lite and 2N VoiceBlue Enterprise VoIP GSM Gateways with SIP and/or H323 protocols.
Both gateways are compatible with any IP PBXs and their main aim is to cut the user's
phone call expenses from VoIP to the GSM network. They also offer a wide range
of advanced features that are very helpful for both users and technicians who operate this product.

Other VoIP products that we were proud to offer:

2N NETSTAR communication system, 2N OMEGA Lite PBX, 2N BRI Enterprise
GSM Gateway
and 2ENTRY Helios door phone.

What NEW products did we have to offer at the exhibition?

2N was very successful in launching a new product and function called
Mobility Extension (ME) in 2006. Using ME extends your ability to be reached
and receive business calls wherever you are.
What does this mean? What happens when someone calls your office desk phone
and you're not there? There is a high chance you will lose this potential customer!
With 2N Mobility Extension anyone who calls you on your desk phone also reaches
you on your mobile! 2N ME also allows you to use all the PBXs functions like transferring calls to someone else on your mobile phone. Read more about 2N Mobility Extension.

In conclusion

Both 2N and MPI found many interesting ideas and trends in VoIP technology for the coming years. We look forward to seeing the progress at next year's VoIP Convention.
