Terminal services

Provide the highest comfort in call services due to a range of services that are similar to mobile telephone handling. Moreover, they provide a review of the status of surrounding telephone lines within the framework of the company, office, etc. (presence services), access to shared telephone directories, nominal caller identification, etc. Friendly service is accentuated by the perfect ergonomics of the devices and quality voice features. Analogue, ISDN, DECT and other traditional devices

A wide range of “classic” telephone devices, despite their limited features compared to system instruments, still offer a good choice for less demanding workplaces. Today, it is possible to obtain a device with calling line identification (CLIP), call history, speed dialling keys, etc. for an acceptable price.

Computer telephones, review applications (CTI)

Suitable supplement to “desk telephones”, particularly during business trips or work from home. To a certain extent, they replace the function of the 2N StarPoint system telephone and are easy to use in combination with an analogue or ISDN desk telephone. Calls are serviced directly from the computer using keyboard and mouse. Servicing is best accessible from the personal user pages of 2N NETSTAR Assistant.

IP telephones

Are available in the form of desk telephones (with the same design as system devices) from the 2N StarPoint 410 series or in the form of computer "IP Soft Phones". Services are adapted to the SIP communication protocol standards. 2N NETSTAR also supports other verified IP telephone models. For more information, see the Telephones section.
