Using the 2N StarPoint terminal
The user-friendly and simple handling of the terminal allows full exploitation of all the functions of the 2N NETSTAR telecommunication system.
The 2N StarPoint series system terminal is a modern, ergonomic device which brings fast and high-quality call servicing to your desktop. Device operation is based on normal procedure in the use of mobile telephones (menu selection, searching for names, etc.), with the extra advantage that each user can set his own favourite functions under the programmable function keys.
The default setting of the function keys is:
- FLASH - to connect calls
- HANDSFREE - loudspeaker/call without lifting the receiver
- REDIAL - for redialling the number
- HISTORY - to select from the list of missed calls
- MENU - for access to the telephone settings
- CORPORATE DIRECTORY - for rapid out-loud calls with a second telephone
- COMPANY LIST - for the selection and calling of corporate contacts
- PERSONAL DIRECTORY - for the selection and calling of private contacts
- NUMBER MEMORY - speed dialling to specific telephone numbers are set under the remaining keys
Depending on the type of telephone (Entry, Economy, Standard, Advance), you can use 8, 12, 12 or 19 keys with the option of extension using key modules (15 or 90 keys).
