Dialling numbers from the web page (CTI)
The environment of the 2N NETSTAR Assistant personal user page offers access to the dialling of telephone numbers simply by "clicking" on the depicted name in the telephone directory or on the record of missed calls. The service is compatible with all 2N StarPoint series telephone models, so that as soon as you “click on the page”, the telephone will be picked up and the number will be dialled.
In further versions of 2N NETSTAR Assistant, this service will be developed into the form of CallBack and into the form of a CTI telephone, i.e. a computer telephone controlled by the mouse and keyboard of your computer.
The service is licensed. To obtain the license, enter the following item:

TIP: We are preparing online calling line number and name display directly from the Windows toolbar in the 2N NETSTAR Assistant launcher application. As soon as the telephone rings, a notice appears above the launcher icon with the caller’s number and name. When scrolling over with the mouse, the history of all missed calls is shown, with the option of dialling the number just by clicking on it. Available soon under the license following number:
