Call review
The basic call review is the same as for a mobile telephone.
On the pages of 2N NETSTAR Assistant,
you will find records on:
- Missed calls
- Received calls
- Dialled numbers
including the allocated names from telephone directories, time of call and call duration.
The register can be filtered-for example, according to the date of the completed call, the name of the called person or caller. Each user thus gains an online overview of his calls. The call review can be used to dial a number by clicking on the mouse (CTI).
TIP: With access to 2N NETSTAR Assistant from the Internet, you can obtain information about missed calls to your office even from your home, from an Internet café or from abroad.
TIP: If you are interested in reviewing not only your own calls, but also need to evaluate (for example) the telephone operation of your department, call centre, etc., the 2N NETSTAR Assistant will easily provide you with an overview of the group of lines depending on their configuration into groups. This is naturally protected by several levels of access rights.
