When you need to extend the capacity of the installed 2N NETSTAR device, you can randomly supplement the individual modules up to the full housing capacity of 424 ports. If you need to extend the capacity of an installed 2N NETSTAR Basic model (with a max. capacity of 72 ports) to the 2N NETSTAR PRO model, you can perform an upgrade – by replacing the switch module in the basic housing - with the 1011001 2N NETSTAR extender switch module, which enables extension by another 4 cases, each with a capacity of 88 ports. Using this you can distribute investments into the necessary telecommunications equipment in optimal accordance with your rising need to connect additional users.

The manufacturer provides its customers and partners with reference in the form of a service centre, which performs regular service repairs of damaged parts. This most often concerns possible damage caused by atmospheric overvoltage, which (despite 2N NETSTAR’s basic system of internal overvoltage protection) often causes the dysfunction of the modules. If you wish to avoid unnecessary operation outages (particularly in areas prone to storms), we recommend purchasing an emergency service kit for your own replacement of damaged modules.
